The leadership of Pack 788 are ready to kick the 2012-2013 year into gear and we hope you are ready for alot of fun.  In the weeks ahead, the calendar on the pack website will be updated and e-mails will be going out from den leaders giving details about up and coming meetings.

Summer Activity #2 – “Water Night”

Water Propelled Bottle Rockets

Come join us on July 28^th for Water Propelled Bottle Rockets.  We will have two launchers with bicycle pumps setup so that the boys can challenge each other on greatest altitude.  I am sure that we will approach the current record for greatest altitude achieved by a water and air propelled rocket of 2,044 feet, held by U.S. Water Rockets on 14 June 2007.

The Heart of Virginia Council offers several camping opportunity for local scouts.

At this time, we are not attending the Council camping sessions as a Pack 788 event.

Cub Scout Summer Day Camp at Deep Run Park

We are rescheduling the Water Night Event from the 27^th to Monday the 3^rd.    We have two water events planned for that evening; Water Capture the Flag and Water Baseball.    Come and enjoy the fun with a special treat for all participants at the end.
