To celebrate the year and send us off to summer, the Pack hosts an annual End of Year Picnic. The picnic will take place on Friday, June 7th from 6:00-8:00 pm at CCE. The Tiger den is organizing this event and is asking you to sign up at the following link - RSVP your family's attendance as well as sign-up to bring a side dish or dessert to share with others.
Our scouting year has come to a close and we want to celebrate the amazing accomplishments of our scouts. All 21 of our cub scouts have earned their rank award and will be moving up to the next rank for next year. We are so proud!
At our December 14th Pack Meeting we are collecting warm items such as coats, blankets and shoes to help keep the homeless warm during the cold winter months. Many of the people we are donating to are shelterless, living in the surrounding Richmond area.
Community service is very important in the character-building process and, as Cub Scout families, we have made the commitment to give back to our communities. Please help your scout learn about giving and helping those less fortunate by donating.

We have an awesome weekend of camping activities planned! Sixty people are attending the camp out from Pack 788 (including scouts, parents and siblings). A number of other Cub Scout Packs and Boy Scout Troops will also be camping in various sites at Finley Albright Scout Reservation.

The Pack 788 Fall Family Campout is scheduled for the weekend of Friday, October 21st - Sunday, October 23rd. The Pack will be camping at Albright Scout Reservation in Chesterfield County (website:FInley Albright Scout Reservation). We will be camping in site FC4 (see attached map). The site can accommodate 75 campers and slots will be available on a first-come basis.

The deadline for signing up for the fall camp out is the den meeting on October 3. All camp out fees and medical forms must be turned in no later than October 3.Fees and forms will be collected at all den and pack meetings until the deadline.
The cost for the fall camp out is $20 per person (maximum of $80 per family). The cost will include all activities and four meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday).
Everyone attending the camp out (including parents and siblings) must turn in a completed BSA medical form. The form is attached to this announcement.
We are working on several options for awesome activities for the scouts - all of which will be within the Finley Albright Reservation.
