The due date for the following payments and forms is fast approaching. If you have not turned in the items listed, please do so at the next den meeting.

• Pack Activity Fees
• Fall Camp Out Payments (if going)
• Parent Agreement
• Medical forms for all Cub Scouts and family members who are going on the camp out

Hold The Date!

We are looking for a few scouts to make a special popcorn delivery to the staff of Christ Church. This annual tradition is meant to show our appreciation to all of the people on the staff for all of the support that they provide to Pack 788 throughout the year.

When: Wednesday December 21 - 9:30 AM (arrive outside of the Church no later than 9:25) Scouts should be dismissed no later than 9:45.

Attire: The full Class A uniform will be required. Only scouts in full uniform will participate.

A sign up for this activity will be sent out prior to the delivery.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to the boys who have joined Pack 788 this year!

The leaders of Pack 788 are here to answer any questions and help you get started on your Cub Scout adventure. 

This is a very important period of time for this scouting year.    Under the den leaders and your supervision your scout has been completing activities, tasks and partaking in fun activities while trying to complete their rank advancement requirements (badges).   NOW is the time to make a strong effort to finish up the rank advancements before the Blue & Gold Banquet on March 20, 2015.   This requires communication and working with your den leader in order to properly reflect your son’s accomplishments in our tracking system.   As a den leader this is the most difficult task, one that is made easier with the parents’ assistance.  

Good evening Pack 788 families.  There are a few brief announcements for you and your scouts for the upcoming weeks.

There will be no den or pack meetings until Monday, April 17th.  The church is hosting Caritas this Monday, and then the following Monday is Spring Break for Henrico County Schools. 

Blue and Gold Banquet is tonight, Friday March 24! 

There are no Den Meetings on Monday, March 27 due to the Blue and Gold Banquet.

Introducing the 2013 Camp Card! The Heart of Virginia Council, BSA is pleased to announce the “Camp Card.” This initiative is designed to help Scouts earn their way to summer camp or day camp.

Dear Parents,

WE ARE ON OUR WAY!  The program year has started and things are moving. 

A reminder that the annual dues and medical forms are due by the next Den Meeting on October 15, 2012.

Please be sure you note the wacky schedule that April brings to our Pack calendar.
